I love working with people who dream big. I'm the one who makes sure those dreams don't get pushed off for the day-to-day. When a company has bold goals and a hundred things going at once, I build systems and accountability so we don’t lose momentum. I've done this beside the leadership of a dynamic global company, and now I do it for a few clients at a time who'd rather build than get buried.
